New Hermi Fast Klick Cable Trays Series
The company Hermi has launched the new Hermi Fast Klick cable tray series. The new cable trays are designed for faster and easier interconnecting between trays without the use of bolts and tools. Thanks to the unique and patented boltless connection technology, laying cable paths is less time-consuming. Industrial paths are those installations where the new Hermi cable trays truly stand out from the competition. Reduced working hours can lead to substantial reductions in the cost structure of the entire investment.
Hermi research and development department designed the new Hermi Fast Klick cable tray series based on market requirements and customer preferences. Practical experience has shown the need for faster installation of the cable paths without the use of complex tools and the need for reducing the use of bolts. According to the experience of installers on the field, the most time-consuming part of cable path installation is connecting cable trays. Hermi Fast Klick system allows time savings as bolts are not required to join the cable trays.
The Hermi Fast Klick cable tray connects to the next cable tray with a simple klick and is locked with a special element. These cable trays can be reassembled and disassembled several times and subsequently locked. Also, mechanical damage that could occur during transport or careless handling does not affect the quality of the joint. The joint is of such high quality that the smooth interior prevents damage to the cables.
The Hermi Fast Klick cable trays are compatible with standard Hermi connection and supporting components. In the case of cutting a Fast Klick cable tray, the cut try can be joined with another tray using the Hermi Fast Joint connection element. The cable trays are suitable for outdoor and indoor use, for smaller commercial projects or larger industrial halls, and are adequate to be used in various industries.
The new series complies with the SIST EN 61537 standard. The cable trays will be available in different materials and different dimensions. Hermi Fast Klick cable trays with 60 mm height, widths of 100-, 200- and 300 mm, and 3000 m length will gradually become part of regular production in December. Other dimensions will be available next year.
